"The more that you read, the more things you will know"
Friday, March 2, was the birthday of the beloved children's author, Dr. Seuss. In memory of Dr. Seuss, in the morning I visited these students at Widen Elementary, where we read "Green Eggs and Ham," and, in the afternoon, I read "The Lorax" to students at Metz Elementary. Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss, and thank you for your tremendous contributions to children's literature. You truly were one of a kind!
