At the reception with Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Conner! She's in Austin to share her free, interactive, online curriculum — iCivics.org — to help students to learn more about civics, and to inspire them to participate in our democracy.
Today, she spoke to students from Fulmore Middle School, the Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders, and Anderson High School at the LBJ Auditorium at UT. On Wednesday, Justice O'Connor will be meeting with more students from our Law and Humanities Magnet program at Fulmore Middle School. Please check out the press release for more details.
